WHERE'S MY BEARD?

  STRANGLINGLY GOODSEPTEMBER 12, 2008

My experience of animating stick figures beating eachother senseless for about 5 years of my adolescent life has ultimately proved very useful. I'm making a game that so far I am very proud of. Here's a screenshot. I know it looks confusing.

I didn't know it was gonna happen, but this is probably my favorite shot of the whole animation.

  OPENING!JUNE 27, 2008
Today marks the beginning of a new era. Or at least I hope so. My name is Zack Hicks, and this is my temporary site, soon to be filled with animations, games, media, art, information, chicken, dumplings, and other sweet stuff.

I recently made a game called GearUP. The game is strangly out of my own real style, and yet corresponding at the same time. I completed it in 3 hard weeks. I would never say it's my best, but damn if it ain't fun. It can really be everyone's cup of tea. You can play it here.

I have at least 2 new projects. They will tickle your fancy. This is about a little animation called Jack McHavoc : Episode 1.

This man appears to be damaged.

Look at that sunset. Front and center, soldier. What's the hold up?

Feel the burn. No pain, no gain. Remember that.

Look at this man's nose.

Where did it go?

It's like shooting monkeys in a barrel.

But who is this elusive Jack person? What color is his hair - blonde, brown, purple maybe? Do we ever see his eyes? And why the senseless violence? The world may never know, but you can at least view this upcoming animation a little after July 4th.
